In December, we had the privilege of hosting our annual field service seminar for assembly managers and commissioning engineers of ELEX AG at the idyllic Seminarhotel Lihn \u2013 and we achieved a record attendance of 19 participants!\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The seminar was filled with exciting topics such as technological innovations, artificial intelligence, IT security, HS controllers, and our new ERP system. In addition to organizational updates, the event provided a platform for forward-looking discussions, hands-on workshops, and a review of the successes and challenges of the past year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A particular highlight was the open exchange at the end of the seminar: participants shared their personal experiences \u2013 both positive and negative \u2013 from 2024. These valuable insights will help us make future seminars even better.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are proud that our field service seminar serves as an inspiring platform for professional development and networking, offering real value to all involved. The next seminar is already scheduled for December 2025, and we look forward to building on this success!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
