INSPECTION & MAINTENANCE
ELEX gas cleaning systems are characterised by a very high availability and low maintenance requirements. We recommend that the systems installed by us undergo an inspection once a year. The inspection usually takes only one day per system. The inspection increases the availability of your system considerably.
An inspection is carried out after one to three years, depending on the industry. This is usually done in the course of a complete overhaul of the upstream production facilities. If spare parts are necessary, the need can be recognized at an early stage and be scheduled accordingly. We are also very familiar with the systems of other manufacturers and can therefore supply spare parts if required.
When is this service required?
If you need support with your revision or want to record the current status of your installation with an inspection, we are there for you. Because regular inspections and maintenance work increase the availability of your flue gas cleaning system as well as ensure that emission values are adhered to.
